So... you have a cracked screen. We don't really care how it got broken but we are sometimes interested in why!

And the reason for this is because the material in the screen is like glass and breaks as you have now found out

 

So we'll fix it for you by buying another one. Because of this our fee is fixed plus the cost of the screen and if it was a touch screen..ohhhh
